Avoid these roads as the city will witness RSS Route March, Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi procession on Sunday


Hubballi: The traffic police have said that people should avoid using the road from Kamaripet to Bankapur Chowk in view of Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi. They said that the procession likely to begin at 1 pm and it is likely to continue till 9 pm. As a procession approaches Bankapur Chowk, vehicular traffic will be halted near Gabbur and may divert the traffic. The traffic police stated that there are no restrictions on entering the city from the Gabbur side until 4 p.m., but that there will be a traffic jam from the Kamaripet circle. Hence, it is advised to take alternative routes to reach Gabbur.

As the RSS will take out Path Sanchalan in the city, the police said to avoid using Koppikar Road, Durgadbail, Broadway, Shankar Math, Javalisal, Coen Road, Kanchgar Galli, Tulajabhavani Circle, Pendar Galli, Ganeshpet Circle, Station Road, JC Nagar and other nearby areas after 2 pm.

One side of Lamington Road would be open for the movement of vehicles. The police said vehicles going towards Gadag may take other routes to reach the Gadag road.
