Hubballi: The state transport corporation bus service will not be affected by tomorrow’s (January 24) strike planned by the joint action committee members of all four road transport corporations, said North Western Karnataka Road Transport Corporation (NWKRTC) officials.
The officials stated that there will be no disruption in RTC bus service; the committee’s office bearers will stage a protest in front of the RTC’s divisional offices from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and all other workers will perform their duties as usual.
Passengers can use the service with a relaxed mind, the officials said. Employees from all four corporations–KSRTC, BMTC, NWKRTC, and KKSRTC–will protest on January 24th, demanding salary increases, improved working conditions, and the reinstatement of dismissed employees.
