Hubballi: Anthony A. Francis former nominated HDMC member from the Congress party and resident of Ramanagar, passed away on Tuesday. He was 61. His funeral would be conducted on Wednesday ( Nov.2) at 10 am at Keshwapur Catholic Cemetery.
