Karwar: Four passengers of a car died and one suffered injuries after the car in which they were travelling met with an accident near Baleguli Cross near Ankola on Sunday.
The deceased have been identified as Shekharan, Nipul, Arun Pandyan, and Bilal all are residents of Tamil Nadu said sources.
The accident happened when these victims were returning their homes after party in Goa.
The sources said that the driver of the car lost control over the vehicle and jumped to the other side of the road crossing the median and hit a NWKRTC bus going to Hubballi from Tadadi.
Sources said that three killed on the spot and one died on the way to hospital.
