Hubballi: A city-based surgeon filed a police complaint against his wife at Vidyanagar police station, stating that she hit him with an umbrella and threatened him with life.
According to the police complaint, the doctor and his wife have been living apart for the last three years, and the doctor has filed several cases against her, including cheating and other offences.
According to the police report, the accused went to the doctor’s residence in Shiroor Park on Sunday evening and began abusing them in front of their children before hitting him with an umbrella.
The police have registered a case under IPC section 323,324,504,506.
