Hubballi: The anticipation and anxiety among voters in Karnataka have heightened as the counting of votes for the Assembly elections will be held tomorrow (Saturday). The voting took place on Wednesday, and the results are expected to be announced by noon on Saturday and counting begins at 8 am.
Deputy Commissioner Gurudatta Hegde has stated that the counting of votes for Hubballi-Dharwad (Central) and Hubballi-Dharwad (West) constituencies will be held in 19 rounds, while the remaining five constituencies will be counted in 17 rounds, with 14 tables allocated for each constituency to ensure a smooth counting process. As the wait for the election results draws to a close, the tension among voters is palpable.
